Fanotec is a manufacturing company comprised of a few personnel which produces the Nodal Ninja Panoramic Tripod Head. All products produced by Fanotec are tools related to and needed by entry level as well as the professional panoramic photographers. Fanotec is continually striving to develop and produce new items to meet the demands of the consumer.

Nick Fan is the inventor and developer of Nodal Ninja as well as the other products produced by Fanotec. He owns, operates and oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process. Nick also manufactures several other products to include panoramic tripod brackets, rotators, levelers, brackets and accessories.

Nodal Ninja is also a company name, used by permission of Fanotec, that operates under the umbrella of Bill Bailey, LLC (a Limited Liability Company). Bill Bailey, LLC owns and operates other businesses one of which is CircularWorlds.com which produces 360 degree panoramas. Nodal Ninja distributes and markets the Fanotec product line exclusively with a network of over 17 distributors/resellers worldwide.

Website personnel:
Bill Bailey is Director of Global Marketing and Sales and handles many of the aspects of the website to include web development and updates, e-commerce store solutions, forum maintenance and moderator, and handle many customer support issues. He is responsible for all marketing aspects of the company as well as reseller orders and applications.
